I’m completely new to this. Where do I start?

Don’t worry; most people are! But we’ve organised hundreds of hires for parties just like yours, and we’ll be happy to help you in any way you need. The answers below will give you a good idea of how it all works, and you can call us at any time if you have further questions.

How do I hire a bouncy castle in Dartford?
It couldn’t be easier. Just pick the castle you want and click the button on the page to check availability. If it is free on your chosen date, you can book online straight away. Our team will take care of everything for you, including set up and take down.

Which castle is best for me?
You know your kids better than anyone, but if you can’t decide which castle they’ll like best, our friendly team will be happy to help with some suggestions and Dartford party hire ideas. Just give us a call.

How long is the hire for?
For garden hire we deliver from 7am to 12pm throughout the summer months followed by collection from 6pm onwards. If you need specific delivery or collection times to match your hall hire, just let us know and we’ll arrange it for you.

Can I keep my castle for longer?
You can keep your castle overnight for just a little extra. Contact us directly to make your extended booking.

Where can I put my bouncy castle?
Click the ‘suitability’ tab on each item to see where it can be used. Most inflatables can be used indoors on a hard floor or outside on grass. If you have any questions about the suitability of your site, just give us a call and we’ll be happy to advise you.

How big are your bouncy castles?
We have a variety of sizes available to suit most circumstances, including low height bouncy castles for indoor use. The dimensions of each castle are given in the description, including the ceiling clearance required. Once again, if you have any doubts about whether your chosen castle will fit in your chosen venue, please give us a call before you book.

Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is mostly free of charge, but we may ask for a small fee to cover our fuel costs for longer distances. Just put in your postcode and we’ll let you know if there is a delivery cost.

Who delivers the castle?
All our castles are delivered by our own hand picked team. All public facing staff are DBS checked for your complete peace of mind and trained to give you the best possible service. We can even arrange contact-free delivery on request.

Are the castles clean?
We’ve always made sure that our equipment is thoroughly cleaned after every hire, and we’ve increased our cleaning since Covid to fully sanitise every castle before delivery and again before our set up team leaves.

Are your castles safe?
All of our castles are regularly tested to national standards, with certificates available on request. All electrical equipment, including blowers, is PAT tested. Every item goes through a full safety inspection before delivery, and our friendly team will give you a comprehensive safety briefing before they leave.

Can I get a discount on larger orders?
We’re always happy to help with larger orders for fairs or fetes and other big events. Talk to our friendly team and they’ll put together an personal package deal just for you.

Are you insured?

Yes. In the highly unlikely event of an accident, we carry £5million of public liability insurance cover.
